If you disagree with any part of this Agreement or the Wotimo Privacy Policy, please refrain from using the website, mobile app, or related services. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Wotimo platform, accessible at www.wotimo.com and the associated mobile application. These terms apply to both registered Talent and Recruiter users on Wotimo.

Platform Description and Use

Wotimo is a professional networking platform connecting individuals seeking employment opportunities ("Talents") with employers ("Recruiters"). Wotimo is not a talent agency, employer, or talent group; it serves as a networking site. The platform facilitates connections but does not guarantee or facilitate employment. The availability of job opportunities varies by location, roles, and experience levels. Individual results may vary based on capacity, experience, expertise, and desire.

Payment

To access subscription services, users must link a valid credit or debit card. Subscriptions will be billed according to the selected plan. Users authorize Wotimo to charge their account for subscription fees. Failure to make authorized payments may result in the immediate suspension or termination of the user's account

Refund Policy

Wotimo does not sell products; registration fees are non-refundable.

Subscription Cancellation

Users can cancel subscriptions or accounts at any time by emailing [support email] or visiting their account settings. To avoid the next year's subscription fee, users must cancel before renewal. No refunds, credits, or prorated billing for cancellations before the subscription period ends. Access to subscribed services continues until the end of the billing cycle.

Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username, password, and posted content. Wotimo is not liable for unauthorized use or security breaches. Users should log out after each session, especially on shared computers. Wotimo only contacts users for verification purposes and is not responsible for fraudulent calls.

Non-Commercial Use

Commercial use of Wotimo for reproduction, copying, selling, or any unauthorized purpose is prohibited. Unauthorized collection of user information for unsolicited emails is also prohibited.

Contents Posted by Wotimo

• a. Wotimo's website and app contain copyrighted materials and confidential information owned by Wotimo.com and its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, publish, or sell any content without written permission.
• b. Opinions, advice, or content not directly from Wotimo.com are the authors' responsibility. Wotimo.com does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or endorse external content.

Contents Posted by Users

• a. Users are solely responsible for their posted content. Defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, or illegal material is prohibited. Users grant Wotimo a non-exclusive license to use submitted content.

User Interactions

• a. Wotimo is not liable for interactions between users. No criminal background checks are conducted. Users are responsible for their conduct, and Wotimo does not guarantee success.
• b. Wotimo is not liable for any damages arising from user interactions. Users should take precautions, not disclose financial information, and report any fraudulent activity.

Notifications

Prohibited Activities in WOTIMO

Engaging in prohibited activities may result in suspension or termination of membership. Prohibited activities include:

• Stalking or harassing any person.
• Expressing or implying endorsement by Wotimo.com without prior consent.
• Reproducing service structure, content, or removing proprietary rights notices.
• Posting fake job openings; violators may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
