For using our services, you need to pay a subscription fees that billed annually. The annual subscription fee we charge for Wotimo is Rs 2499. When you use our services, you will have to provide your name, contact information, and credit card/debit card information or your payment account information. While submitting your card information, we store the name and address of the cardholder, the expiry date of the card and the last four digits of the credit card number. Wotimo don’t store the actual credit card number. If you have given us your approval to use the credentials of your credit card, we may store your credit card information or other payment information in an encoded format in the secured servers of our Payment Gateway Service Providers for the fast processing of future payments.
If you wish to use our services made available through the Wotimo app, you have to pay an annual subscription fee. For that you may be asked to give certain information including, your name, credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy. We have the right to refuse or cancel your subscription at any time for valid reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your services if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. Our Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set to be on an annual basis. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or Wotimo cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting the Wotimo’s customer support team. You shall provide us with accurate billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. The annual subscription fee for Wotimo is Rs 2400. Since we don’t sell any products through this app, we only charge registration fees from you. Therefore, Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Since Wotimo is an application, the users must have to log in to the app by providing accurate details for accessing our services. When you sign up for an account in Wotimo to access our services, we will ask for information like your name, contact number, email address and country to complete the account login process. You'll also have to choose a unique username for accessing the created account. You may also have to give us more information such as your photo and language, but we don’t need that information to log in for an account. After signing up, you will have access to all the features of the app. You can create your profile, add the portfolio and connect with recruiters.
